Tonesan Amissah

Tonesan Amissah is a partner and member of the Corporate Finance team within the Corporate and Commercial department. She joined Appleby as an associate in the Corporate and Commercial department in 1989 practising securities and funds work. She became a partner in 1998.

Tonesan has previously specialised in the formation and administration of corporate vehicles including local, exempted and permit companies and exempted general and limited partnerships. She also has a vast amount of expertise in reviewing and drafting a multitude of agreements and documentation for financing transactions.
