Shaun Morris is a partner in Appleby’s Banking and Asset Finance team, based in Bermuda. Shaun practises in the area of company law, specialising in shipping , capital market, M&A and project finance transactions.
Shaun returned to practice corporate and commercial law in 2012 having served as Bermuda’s Office Managing Partner for six years.
In 2009 IFLR100 named Shaun as a 'Leading Lawyer' in the Financial and Corporate category, quoting an offshore business rival as saying 'He is one of their most capable attorneys'.
Shaun qualified in 1988 and became a partner in 1995. He is a member of the Bermuda Bar Association and the International Bar Association, and has an MA (Economics) from Dalhousie University, Canada.
