Patrick Jones is a partner and Director of Appleby Trust (Jersey) Limited. He principally focuses on employee benefits, share plan incentive arrangements and trust structures. He heads up the Appleby Employee Share Plans Group, consisting of a multi-disciplined team implementing, advising on and administering a variety of employee incentive arrangements.
Patrick and his team have continued to gain wide recognition for technical expertise and service excellence. They have won new UK FTSE and AIM listed clients such as WS Atkins, ITV, Premier Farnell, WM Morrison Supermarkets, Kazakhmys, Moneysupermarket.com Group and SThree, in addition to their enviable existing client base, including the Barclays Group, Diageo Plc, Marks & Spencer Plc, Bluebay Asset Management, Tullow Oil and many other global and private entities.
He initially practised as a lawyer in London, where he dealt with corporate and commercial matters on an international basis. Patrick joined Appleby in 2003.
