Andrew Pim is a partner in Appleby's Property department. Andrew specialises in commercial property development, acting for some of Jersey’s leading developers. He advises on commercial property issues generally, together with residential property transactions and other private client matters for high net worth individuals, such as drafting wills, probate administration and estate planning. Andrew became a partner in 1998.

He was named as a ‘Leader in his Field’ by Chambers Europe 2011 and 2010. He was also recognised in band three by the 2009 edition of Chambers Europe.

Andrew is a member of the Jersey Law Society.

  • On a Chinese-wall basis for the great majority of the apartment purchasers of Dandara’s Fourteen Gloucester Street development, which is a mixed-use scheme, including 72 apartments and medical and dentists' premises
  • SandpiperCI, the Channel Islands group with retail, property, manufacturing and distribution interests, in relation to its Mary Ann Mews residential property development in Jersey
  • The Brocken Group in its multi-million-pound sale of staff accommodation for the benefit of the new SAS Radisson Hotel located on Jersey's St Helier Waterfront
  • Local fiduciary business Caversham Fiduciary Services Limited in its lease of new business premises in the Harbour Reach mixed-use development at St Helier Waterfront
  • Lloyds TSB Offshore Limited, on a Chinese-wall basis, in relation to financing arrangements relating to Dandara’s 26 Esplanade office development and acquisition of the Swansons Hotel site
