Fiona St Clair-Bolam is Head of Human Resources for Jersey, Guernsey, London and Zurich. She is responsible for all areas of HR, including recruitment, training, remuneration, benefits and staff welfare at both a strategic and practical level.

For those relocating to Jersey or Guernsey, Fiona and her team provide advice, guidance and support, ensuring that the move is easy and painless! She also co-ordinates the work experience programme for local students in Jersey.

Fiona joined Bailhache Labesse, one of the predecessor firms of Appleby, in 1990 and took up the HR role in 1994. She has an MSc in human resources, and is a chartered fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
