victoria Chen

Victoria Chen is an associate within the Corporate & Commercial practice group. She focuses on banking and asset finance transactions and structured financings.

Victoria joined the Appleby Group in September 2010. Prior to joining the Appleby Hong Kong office, she practised in London with White & Case and in New York with Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson. Her onshore experience also includes having worked as in-house counsel at the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Victoria graduated from University College London with an LLB (Hons) and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in London. She is a member of the Law Society of Hong Kong (registered foreign lawyer), the Law Society of England & Wales, and the New York Bar (non-practising), and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
