Terry-Ann is an associate and a member of the Banking & Asset Finance team within the Corporate & Commercial practice group. Her practice areas include aircraft financing and registration, corporate finance, ship financing and registration, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.
Terry-Ann graduated from the University of Liverpool with a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) before obtaining her Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from BPP Law School in London. Terry-Ann was awarded a full scholarship by the firm. She completed her articles of clerkship with the firm in March 2011. Terry-Ann joined as an Associate in the Banking & Asset Finance team on qualification as a Cayman Islands Attorney-at-Law.
