Phelecia Barnett is an Associate in the Bermuda office of Appleby. Phelecia has experience in various aspects of general corporate and commercial law. She specializes in advising on the establishment, regulatory compliance and business operations of (re)insurance and mutual fund companies as well as insurance managers and brokers based in Bermuda.
