Paul Cheuk is an associate in the Corporate & Commercial department in the Hong Kong office. He practises in the area of corporate and commercial law, specialising in private/public offerings of debt and equity, restructurings and bank financing. Recent transactions on which Paul has worked include Hong Kong and Singapore initial public offerings, rights issues, capital restructuring, re-domicile, mergers & acquisitions and due diligence reporting.
Paul joined Appleby in May 2002. Prior to that he worked in a major Hong Kong law firm in the area of commercial litigation and spent a year studying in Japan.
He is fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Taiwanese and conversational Japanese.
