Pamella Mendez is an associate in the Litigation & Insolvency practice group and a member of the Employment and Immigration Team.
Her practice currently relates to a wide cross-section of immigration issues, including in particular relocation, work permits, business establishment and the securing of various types of residency in the Cayman Islands.
During her time at law School, she represented the Cayman Islands in the Commonwealth Legal Education Association Moot Completion held in Nairobi, Kenya, in 2007, placing third in the Commonwealth ahead of jurisdictions such as Canada and India.
Pamella has previous fiduciary and administration experience from her tenure in the compliance department at a major international funds service provider in the Cayman Islands.
