Oboshie Torgbor-Mensah is an associate and a member of the Corporate & Commercial department. Her practice includes all areas of corporate commercial law, including the establishment and structuring of investment funds.
Prior to joining Appleby in March 2010, Oboshie was an associate in the London office of Clifford Chance and also DLA Piper, specialising in the formation and structuring of investment funds.
She qualified as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana in 2004 and as an attorney of the State of New York in 2006.
