Nicola Murray is an associate and a member of the Corporate Finance team within the Corporate & Commercial department and practises within the area of corporate and commercial law. Nicola joined Appleby as an associate in May 2010. Prior to that she worked in corporate and commercial law at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London, specialising in mergers and acquisitions and corporate funds.
She has extensive experience of a range of corporate and commercial matters, including public and private M&A activity, joint ventures and corporate finance.
Nicola is a non-practising member of the Law Society of Scotland and the Law Society of England and Wales.
