Neil Molyneux is a Senior Associate in the Property Practice Group.  He practices principally in real estate, specializing in development, commercial and residential, finance, banking and commercial leasing.

Neil joined Appleby in January 2008 and has been working on Bermuda matters for local and international banks, developers, companies and for individuals.

Prior to joining Appleby, Neil was a senior associate at a respected UK law firm and a director of a charitable foundation (with an income generating portfolio, including stock and real estate investments). Neil has worked both in-house and with law firms.

Whilst with Appleby, Neil has contributed articles to The Royal Gazette and to internationallawoffice.com. 

Neil graduated from the University of Lancaster with an LLB (Hons) and sat the Law Society Finals at the College of Law in Chester in the United Kingdom.  He was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 1994 (now non-practising) and in 2009 he was called to the Bermuda Bar.
