Megan Denos is a Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) in Appleby's global Knowledge Management team. Megan joined Appleby in October 2007.  Prior to joining Appleby, Megan worked in the area of securities law at the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and TD Bank in Canada.

Megan's role involves drafting precedents and guidance materials, monitoring and summarising legislative developments, providing legal research support for several Appleby offices, preparing legal guides and contributing to comparative materials for all practice areas. She also works closely with PSLs in other Appleby offices, and the Director of Knowledge Management, on several joint projects and initiatives that develop Appleby’s knowledge management services.

education

Megan has an Honours BSc. degree in Zoology from the University of Western Ontario.

In 2000, she graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law with a Bachelor of Laws degree.

Megan was called to the Ontario Bar in February 2002, after serving articles at a major Bay Street law firm in Toronto, Ontario.
