Lynsey Crawford is an associate in the Litigation & Insolvency department at Appleby. Lynsey has over four years of legal experience focusing on all areas of family law, and specifically family law litigation, since qualification. She specialises in divorce and related ancillary relief applications from the perspective of the applicant or the respondent, complex and challenging applications in respect of private child law, contentious public authority welfare applications and ex parte and on-notice domestic violence injunctions. Lynsey also deals with various licensing matters on behalf of local businesses and local branches of national businesses, individuals and organised bodies.

Lynsey joined the firm in November 2007 specifically to assist with the increase in matrimonial dispute matters. She trained with a local firm where she focused on dealing with family and matrimonial matters along with contentious and non-contentious matters, including property transactions, private client and general contentious civil matters. 

She is also expanding her knowledge of the fast-developing area of pre-nuptial agreements and the associated case law and its evolving place in matrimonial law.
