Lottie Dunn

Lottie Dunn is a conveyancing manager within the Property department. With over fifteen years of experience she has dealt with all manner of property transactions from development sites to first-time-buyer houses and apartments. While Lottie has dealt with commercial development and retail property, she specialises in residential conveyancing, where she represents both lenders and borrowers with regard to residential mortgages and associated financial issues.

She joined Appleby in 1995. Prior to this she had travelled extensively, working in a number of jurisdictions such as Europe, Asia and Australasia.

Lottie is a member of the Jersey Association of Property Conveyancers.

She is also fluent in French.
