Julia Tam is an associate in the Hong Kong office and a member of the Corporate & Commercial department. She joined Appleby in March 2011, having previously trained and worked as an associate with Richards Butler Reed Smith in Hong Kong.
Julia practises in the areas of corporate finance, specialising in private and public offerings of debt and equity, private equity, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and capital restructurings, as well as other company and corporate law related transactions.
She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
