Jerome Wilson is an associate and a member of the Telecommunications Technology & Intellectual Property team within the Corporate & Commercial department. He practises within the area of corporate and commercial law where he advises on private and public offerings, the structuring of private holding and operating companies and Bermuda telecommunications licensing.
In September 2008 he spent six months on secondment in Appleby's Mauritius office. While in Mauritius Jerome advised on all aspects of corporate and commercial work, from a Mauritius perspective, including financing transactions utilising SPVs in Mauritius for investment in Africa and India and several restructurings.
