Elizabeth Simpson is an English solicitor and a senior associate in the Litigation & Insolvency department. Elizabeth has over ten years' litigation experience, acting for clients in a wide range of commercial disputes in such areas as the sale and supply of goods and/or services, motor vehicle finance disputes, breach of post-termination restrictive covenants, breach of director's duties, professional negligence, intellectual property disputes and interference with goods. Elizabeth also deals with interim remedies such as delivery up of goods, preservation orders and other injunctive relief. 

She also has expertise in equine law matters, having owned and competed horses for over twenty years. She acts for owners, buyers, sellers and those loaning horses on a wide range of issues.

Elizabeth writes on legal issues for Horse and Hound's 'Ask H&H' section, and also for Carriage Driving Magazine.

She is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
