Elizabeth Simpson is an English solicitor and a senior associate in the Litigation & Insolvency department. Elizabeth has over ten years' litigation experience, acting for clients in a wide range of commercial disputes in such areas as the sale and supply of goods and/or services, motor vehicle finance disputes, breach of post-termination restrictive covenants, breach of director's duties, professional negligence, intellectual property disputes and interference with goods.
