Eleanor Dangerfield is an associate in the Corporate & Commercial department at Appleby, practising a broad range of Isle of Man corporate and commercial law. She has assisted with a diverse range of transactions, among them sales of Isle of Man companies, banking and asset finance transactions, including ship finance matters, and the transfer of domicile of Isle of Man companies to various jurisdictions.
She joined the firm as a trainee and, after completing her two-year period of articles, qualified in February 2011 as an Isle of Man advocate.
Eleanor assisted His Honour Deemster Doyle, First Deemster and Clerk of the Rolls, in proof reading, preparing the tables of Acts of Tynwald, secondary legislation, Isle of Man case-law and the index for Manx Criminal Law and Procedure published by the Isle of Man Law Society with the assistance of the Manx Heritage Foundation.
