Danny Cole is an associate in the Corporate & Commercial department at Appleby. Danny is part of the Banking & Asset Finance and Corporate Finance teams in Jersey and practices a full range of Jersey corporate and commercial law.
Danny has extensive experience of international mergers and acquisitions and regularly advises banks and borrowers in relation to credit facilities covering acquisition finance and corporate restructurings and has recently advised on a number of aircraft financing deals. He is also involved in debt issuance transactions and listings on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange, particularly for those in the private equity sector.
Danny has written articles for a number of industry publications on various aspects of Jersey law, most recently CISX Bulletin magazine. Danny is also a regular contributor to Appleby’s finance newsletter.
