Christopher Brough is an associate within the Corporate & Commercial department. Chris joined the firm in 2006 and was called to the Bermuda Bar in 2007.
Chris practises within the area of corporate and commercial law which includes advising on corporate finance, private and public offerings, M&A transactions, structuring and capitalisation of private holding and operating companies and companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, the Bermuda Stock Exchange and AIM, and Bermuda's telecommunications and e-commerce regulations.
During 2007/2008, Chris spent six months on secondment to Appleby’s Mauritius office where he advised on structured financing transactions utilising GBL I and GBL II companies typically in connection with investment into Africa and India.
Chris was featured in the October/November 2010 issue of The Bottom Line magazine as one of Bermuda 'corporate law's young Turks'.
