Chris Hillier is an associate in the Litigation & Insolvency department at Appleby. He deals with issues following relationship breakdown to include separation, divorce and associated financial and ancillary claims. Chris has also been involved with prenup and postnup agreements.
In addition Chris deals with child law matters, including paternity, contact, residence, shared residence and child maintenance applications, together with enforcement of maintenance matters.
He has also been involved with public law children's matters including adoption and care proceedings in Jersey.
Chris joined Appleby in 2000 and is a member of the Jersey Law Society, an associate member of the Jersey Family Law Association and an affiliate member of Resolution.
