Charlotte Beales-Hart is an associate and a member of the Funds & Investment Services team within the Corporate & Commercial department.
Charlotte joined Appleby as an associate in June 2006. Prior to that she trained with Appleby as an articled clerk.
Charlotte’s practice includes advising investment managers, promoters and administrators on structuring and regulatory aspects of mutual funds in the form of corporate funds, including segregated portfolio companies, and partnerships. She also advises on a wide range of general commercial and regulatory issues in relation to investment funds, including voluntary liquidations and dissolutions and transfers by way of continuation from and to the Cayman Islands.
