Rory Gorman is Managing Director of Appleby Services (Bermuda) Ltd. He joined Appleby in 2009, having previously been Chief Operating Officer of Attorneys’ Liability Assurance Society (Bermuda) Ltd., a mutual insurance company offering professional liability insurance to US law firms.
He initially came to Bermuda in 1987 to work for Marsh Management Services (Bermuda) Ltd., where he became the Head of Office and Managing Director.
Rory and his team provide corporate and trust administration services to a variety of companies, partnerships and trusts involving multinational entities, high net worth individuals and families, pension plans and employee benefit arrangements across a broad array of industries.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland and an associate in risk management of the Insurance Institute of America.
Rory was also recognised in the 2012 Citywealth 'Leaders List'. This annual list aims to highlight the best of those individuals working in the wealth management sector.
