Juanette Spencer is an accountmManager with Appleby Management (Bermuda) Ltd, a fiduciary services affiliate of Appleby. She joined Appleby in November 2002.
She principally co-ordinates the provision of financial statements for many of the trusts and companies administered by Appleby Services (Bermuda) Ltd - Trust. She has extensive knowledge in the offshore trust industry and banking industry and assists in the supervision and control of trust bank accounts.
Juanette also handles the management, treasury, and accounting or reporting requirements for a varied portfolio of client companies. She reports directly to client main boards, liaises with bankers, brokers, attorneys, auditors and other service providers.
She assists in the development of internal procedures and policies.
Juanette is qualified as a certified public accountant (CPA) under the state of New Hampshire.
