Eve Wilson is a manager in the Fiduciary Services department of the Isle of Man office. She joined Appleby in 2008 as a manager, with particular responsibility for complex corporate structures and AIM-listed clients
She has ten years of experience working in wealth management, dealing with all aspects of set-up, administration of commercial, family trust and mutual funds/hedge fund structures. Prior to joining the firm she worked as a manager in the trust and corporate services department of Deloitte/Rawlinson & Hunter in the Cayman Islands. While working in Cayman, Eve also gained experience of cross-border financing transactions and structures, captive insurance and the purchase of the CSP business of a bank and of an international accounting practice. She also has experience of accounting litigation support services, administration of pension schemes and audit of financial statements of retail, manufacturing, insurance and investment companies.
Eve is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
