Gill Crennell is Counsel in the Corporate & Commercial department. She specialises in fund matters, public offers, corporate mergers and acquisitions, financial services and regulatory compliance.
Gill qualified as a Manx advocate before leaving the island in 2006 to work as an associate solicitor in the corporate finance team at Addleshaw Goddard in the UK. Prior to returning to the Isle of Man, Gill worked for five years as In-House Counsel for the fund administration arm of Barings (Guernsey) Limited. She returned to the Island in October 2008, joining the firm as a senior associate.
She is a member of the Isle of Man Fund Management Association and also Chair of the Legal and Regulatory Sub-Committee.
