Erica Robinson-McLeod is Counsel and a member of the Insurance team within the Corporate & Commercial department. She specialises in providing legal advice on insurance and reinsurance transactions, including public and private offerings of equity and debt, mergers and acquisitions, continuations and discontinuations, and general corporate matters for insurance and reinsurance companies. Erica became an associate in the Corporate & Commercial department in 2002.
She graduated from Kingston University with a BA (Hons) in Law and Accounting. She then attended the College of Law, Guildford where she obtained her Legal Practice Certificate with Commendation. Erica spent her pupillage with Appleby, where she completed seats in both the Insurance and Asset Finance departments.
Erica speaks French and conversational Spanish. She co-wrote the Bermuda Segregated Accounts Companies Amendment Act 2002 article which appeared in the 12 February 2002 issue of Insurance Day.
