Appleby advised Vision Fame International Holding Limited on its  Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing

The gross proceeds of the listing totalled approximately HK$102.8 million.

The Appleby team was led by Judy Lee, a Corporate Partner in Appleby’s Hong Kong office, assisted by Associate Chris Cheng. Loong & Yeung, Rodyk & Davidson LLP and Marcelo Poon, Lawyer and Private Notary advised the company as to Hong Kong, Singaopre and Macau law respectively.  D.S. Cheung & Co. advised the sole sponsor, joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners, joint lead managers and the underwriters as to Hong Kong law. China Everbright Capital Limited is the sole sponsor of the listing.

Vision Fame is principally engaged as a main contractor in the provision of building construction services in Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore; property maintenance services in Hong Kong; and alterations, renovation, upgrading works; and fitting-out works services in Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore. It has expanded its business to Macau in 2006 and further expanded its business to Singapore in 2008.

The company intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering in the business development of its associated company in China, to strengthen its business position in Hong Kong, Singapore and Macau, focusing on the operation of backlog projects, marketing and promotion of the brand, development of new construction techniques and methodologies and to increase the performance bonds facilities.

In the near future, Vision Fame plans to widen its customer base and is currently intending to establish associated companies in the PRC, Cambodia and Doha in 2012.
