The Appleby London office was established to service clients based in London and other major European markets. The group complements activities of our organisation's offshore offices in Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Jersey and Mauritius and its office in Hong Kong. To assist and meet the needs of our client base in London, the office also utilises the services provided by the affiliated companies: Appleby Management (Bermuda) Ltd., Appleby Trust and Appleby Corporate Services.
Warren Cabral is the Managing Partner of the London office. The resident London lawyers handle matters independently in London and can also work closely with lawyers in the offshore locations to provide a wide range of legal advice on Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands law and can facilitate assistance with Jersey and Mauritius law. They advise on a variety of matters including the establishment of investment funds, special purpose vehicles and structured finance products, insurance companies and insurance products, securitisation, financing transactions and public and private holding companies.
