With approximately 80 lawyers, our Corporate and Commercial Group is frequently recognised as one of the top practices in our jurisdictions

The growth of the practice reflects the development of the local economies and emergence as pre-eminent offshore jurisdictions. The Cayman Islands,
Bermuda and Jersey in particular have risen in prominence as key financial and insurance centres, and the BVI boasts an enormous number
of incorporated companies. With the addition of our Mauritius office, there are new opportunities, particularly for access for business into and out of the emerging markets in Asia and Africa.
The group focuses on international financial and commercial transactions, advising companies on their formation to their
