The group strives to provide commercially sound, objective jurisdictional guidance based on in-depth knowledge of the legal and regulatory environments of our key offshore jurisdictions. With close to 700 lawyers and professional specialists, the organisation is uniquely positioned in the key offshore jurisdictions of Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Jersey and Mauritius as well as the financial centres of London and Hong Kong.
The group’s Corporate and Commercial practice focuses on international finance, including structured and asset finance, capital markets, funds and private equity. The group also has a very extensive insurance practice. The highly regarded Litigation and Insolvency practice represents both international and local companies. The Trusts practice, complemented by our trust companies, offers in depth services to corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals. The Property group represents financial institutions, corporations and individuals in their rapidly growing offshore markets.
