Appleby Trust (Guernsey) Limited is a rapidly growing organisation, offering a range of Corporate Administration, and Private Client and Trust services to high net worth individuals, private companies, funds and global corporations. These services include assistance with the creation of structures to meet our clients’ needs, such as the establishment of trusts or partnerships and the incorporation of companies. Once established, we provide ongoing management and administration for these structures.

Appleby Securities (Channel Islands) Limited provides the full range of Listing Services as a sponsor and listing agent for the Channel Islands Stock Exchange (CISX). The CISX was formed as a company limited both by guarantee and by shares. Management and control are vested in the Board of Directors. Based in Guernsey, the CISX provides a listing facility and screen-based trading. A premier offshore stock exchange in the European time zone, it provides listing of investment funds, debt instruments and the shares of companies.
