Appleby Foundations Debate - A View from the British Crown Dependencies

Common law jurisdictions have recently shown interest in Foundations with three British Crown Dependencies enacting or in the process of enacting their own foundations legislation. What do these laws offer to private clients? 

Appleby will host a debate in Geneva drawing upon the experiences of the speakers to give you an insight into foundation structures and the benefits of foundations to your clients.

The debate will cover such issues as how Foundations are formed and run in each of these jurisdictions, their potential uses and opportunities that they afford to high net worth individuals and the key competitive advantages and product types for each jurisdiction.
