About Us
Appleby Corporate Services provides a full complement of corporate administrative and resident representative services to local and international companies (publicly and privately held) and partnerships. We have delivered creative and complete corporate administrative solutions to our corporate clients for more than 25 years
Our group serves many thousands of companies from operations in Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands and Hong Kong. Additionally, Appleby Trust in Jersey provides both corporate and fund administration services. Appleby Corporate Services is owned by the partners of the law firm of Appleby and works closely with the lawyers when client needs require their counsel.
The growth of Appleby Corporate Services is due in part because our jurisdictions have long histories of political, economic and social stability as well as a sound regulatory and business infrastructure that supports the requirements of the international business community.
